These are some of the movies that have inspired me and given me ideas for my film.
A Little Princess
This film inspired me with how a father can be so loving and careful, he wants good education for his daughter and he treats her like a “princess”. I came up with my character Amjad with a huge inspiration from this film.
God Bless The Child
Although This film is a B class film but the storyline is heartbreaking, in my film the mother daughter relationship is what I took inspiration from and made a little tweaks. And came up with a loving father, daughter relationship.
Parasite
This film has inspired millions, this is what you call a perfect film this had both the sides of class, the rich class and the poor class. The aspect and the living style of a poor family I got it from there which gave me a clear idea of the lower class behavior.
Gattu
This is a film from the Indian cinema and captures a life if this kid named Gattu, he has big dreams just like my character Hamnah.
